I have worked at Apple and Google in various project manager roles for 15 years combined that have been centered around preserving the customer experience. The roles I have been in helped execute the whole customer journey from a customer interacting with a marketing campaign online to experiencing a demo product in our Retail and Channel stores.
This end to end journey has allowed me to empathize with our customers and help drive design and business decisions to make it a seamless brand experience.
I truly enjoy being the ninja that crafts experiences for people (not only in apps but IRL). This spans from planning events to merchandising stores to even the visualization of data. I enjoy doing the behind-the-scenes work that will set my users up to experience the design distraction free.
When it comes to visual design, I’ve always been drawn to it even from a young age. You could catch me designing banners for my Myspace and Xanga blogs. I graduated with a Graphic Design degree from San Francisco State University.
